Use the recovery code shown after registration to reset your password. Keep it offline and private.

Delete account

Open Me → Account Security → Delete Account, then follow the verification steps. You may also email support.

Check both iOS Settings → Notifications → ChainSentry and your alert settings inside the app. Network and data-source conditions can delay delivery.
